Question: How much do your solutions cost?

Answer: Our solutions can range from $5 to several thousand dollars, depending on the service. We do not charge by the hour, instead by the overall value and complexity involved in a project. This prevents our clients from paying for any inefficiencies on our end. Think of it as paying a flat rate to a taxi driver; no matter which route they take, long or short, you’re only charged for the distance between point A and point B. Question: How do I update and maintain my site?

Answer: This depends on the type of maintenance you require, and your staff’s level of computer expertise. Many of our clients maintain their own sites, using our custom-made Content Management Solutions. For every project, we assess the individual needs of each client, and create a control panel that is unique to your specific site. If your website requires multiple employees to login and edit pages, you will not have the same control panel as a one-man small business. If your company has a large staff with an IT department, you will not require the same control panel as a personal blog. We will create your content management around your site, your company, and your needs.

Question: How long does a project usually take?

Answer: This all varies of course, depending on the complexity of your project, and our current volume at the time. It’s not uncommon for us to have a preview/draft version of your project in under a week.
